Veronica Estrada dba The Alchemy Retreats or its affiliates are NOT legally held responsible for any life decisions, financial losses, health decisions or any personal decisions made before, during or after any of our virtual or in-person sessions or retreats together or based on any blog posts, social media posts, direct messages, text messages or any direct or indirect communication.

Guarantee

Company does not make any guarantees as to the website visitor or client's personal results of any services provided. You agree to take responsibility for your own results.

Every client and final result is different.

 

Life coaching and/or consulting through retreats is a subjective service and Company may give different information to each Client depending on his/her personal and relational needs.

Client is responsible for any and all decisions that Client makes that affect and impact their life.

 

Company's role as life coach is to facilitate the client towards his/her own choices of action. Whether to make a particular choice or take a particular action is entirely the responsibility of the client. Company & its affiliates accept no legal responsibility for the actions or outcomes of actions that the client may take as a result of the coaching and/or retreat attendance.

Refunds

There are no refunds after attending The Alchemy of Self Love Retreat. Pre-retreat refund policy is located in the Policies Section of www.TheAlchemyRetreats.com.

Release & Reasonable Expectations 

Client has spent a satisfactory amount of time reviewing Company’s business and has a reasonable expectation that Company’s services throughout the coaching and/or retreat program will produce different outcomes and results for each Client. Client understands and agrees that:

• Every client and final result is different.

• Life coaching via retreats and/or consulting is a subjective service and Company may give different information to each Client depending on his/her personal and relational needs.

• Company will use its personal judgment to create favorable experiences to each Client depending on their personal needs.

• Dissatisfaction with Company’s independent judgment or individual coaching style are not valid reasons for termination of Agreement or request of any monies returned.
